1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using AF Digital Hub ("the platform"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

2. Who Can Use the Platform

AF Digital Hub connects two types of users: Businesses, who post campaigns, and Creators, who apply to and deliver work for those campaigns. You must provide accurate information when registering and are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.

3. Campaigns and Applications

• Businesses are responsible for the accuracy of campaign details they post, including budget, deliverables, and deadlines.
• Creators are responsible for the accuracy of their applications, pitches, and proposed pricing.
• Accepting an application forms an agreement between the business and creator to complete the described work under the stated terms.

4. Deliverables and Payouts

Creators must submit deliverables that reasonably match the accepted campaign's requirements. Businesses are responsible for reviewing and approving deliverables in good faith, and for issuing payouts as agreed. AF Digital Hub facilitates these interactions but is not a party to the underlying agreement between business and creator.

5. Conduct

You agree not to use the platform to post false, misleading, or fraudulent campaigns or applications; harass other users; or attempt to circumvent the platform to avoid its terms. AF Digital Hub reserves the right to suspend or remove accounts that violate these terms.

6. Reviews

Reviews left by businesses and creators must reflect genuine experiences from a completed campaign. Reviews found to be fraudulent or abusive may be removed.

7. Limitation of Liability

AF Digital Hub provides the platform "as is" and does not guarantee the outcome of any campaign, application, or payout. To the fullest extent permitted by law, AF Digital Hub is not liable for disputes, losses, or damages arising between businesses and creators.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes means you accept the updated terms.
